Flowers hand-delivered by a local florist
Flower and plant orders are arranged by hand and delivered by a local florist near the recipient. Enter the recipient's ZIP code on the product page to see the delivery dates available for that area. We deliver to addresses in the United States.
Same-day delivery cutoffs
- Monday to Friday: order by 2:00 PM ET for same-day delivery.
- Saturday: order by 1:30 PM ET.
- Sunday: no deliveries.
Orders placed after the cutoff can be scheduled for the next available date. Most deliveries arrive by 8:00 PM in the recipient's time zone; a specific time of day can't be guaranteed.
Delivery fees
Every flower order includes a delivery fee, starting at $13.99. Same-day and next-day dates may add a small charge, shown on the delivery calendar. Your full delivery charge appears at checkout before you pay.
Funeral homes, hospitals, schools and offices
For a funeral home, use its full address and choose a date before the service. For a hospital, include the patient's full name and room number if you have it. Deliveries to schools and offices go to the front desk or reception during business hours.
Gifts that ship by carrier
Some gift baskets and boxed gifts ship by carrier instead of being hand-delivered. Their product pages say "Ships by carrier". They are never same-day, and the delivery estimate appears at checkout. Carrier delivery dates can't be guaranteed for PO boxes or military addresses, and deliveries to hospitals, hotels and colleges go to the mail room or receiving desk.
Substitutions
To keep every gift fresh, the florist may substitute a flower, color or container of equal or higher value while keeping the look and feel of the design.
Weather and holidays
Severe weather, road closures and peak holidays can occasionally delay a delivery. If that happens, we'll contact you as soon as we can.
